Configuring scheduled email reports
An email server needs to be configured for the scheduled report export email to work.
When configuring a report export configuration, there is no prompt for you to make sure an email server is configured.
1. Navigate to Configure > All Settings > Customize > Report Export Configurations.
2. Activate Email Distribution.
3. Specify recipients by inputting email addresses to send exported reports to.
4. Optionally, specify an attachment file name.
5. Submit your changes.
6. Navigate to Configure > All Settings > Customize > Scheduled Jobs and select Add.
7. Name your job.
8. Set a schedule.
9. Deactivate the following
Device Discovery & Auto-Configuration
Data Collection
Data Import
10. Activate Network Data Export.
11. Select one or more report export configurations.
12. Submit your changes.
