You can configure notification templates under Configure > All Settings > Alert: Notification Templates.

Notification templates enable you to view default templates and create/edit new notification templates that can be assigned when configuring alert notifications.

Under Notification Templates, click Add. After configuring, submit your changes, or cancel to exit the dialog.

These configuration options are available:

Specifies a notification type from the drop-down list.

Specifies a new tag name.

Specifies a prefix that will be used for new templates.

Specifies which set of templates to copy from. The drop-down list contains the available choices.

Specifies if the new template will be the default.

Under Notification Templates, click Delete. Select the notification type and tag for the set of templates to delete.

To view or edit a notification template, locate the relevant row in the templates table that matches the desired notification type, notification object, and tag.

To view the settings of an existing system-defined template, select the action (eye) icon.

To edit user-defined templates, select the pencil icon. This allows you to change the name of the template, and modify the content using the template editor.

While editing, you can incorporate various variables to inject dynamic content into your notifications.
